1. Return Policy
We accept returns under certain conditions within 30 days of receiving your order. All return requests must be validated in advance by our customer service team.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be in its original sealed packaging ;
- not have been worn, used, or washed ;
- be complete, with all original tags and accessories ;
- be returned at your expense after validation from our team.
Any product that does not meet these conditions will be automatically refused and will not be refunded.
3. Non-refundable Items
Discounted or promotional items are neither returned, exchanged, nor refunded.
4. Procedure

If your request is eligible, we will provide instructions. No return address will be given without prior validation.
5. Refunds
Refunds, when approved, are processed on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the product and its condition upon receipt. Processing may require a variable delay after conformity checks. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exclusions & Refusals
We reserve the right to refuse any return request that does not comply with the above policy or is deemed abusive. No refund will be made without the physical return of the product in accordance with the stated requirements.
